Le Chemin -- KYO

Regarde-toi, assise dans l'ombre
A la lueur de nos mensonges
Les mains glacées... jusqu'à l'ongle

Regarde-toi à l'autre pôle
Fermer les yeux sur ce qui nous ronge
On a changé... à la longue

On a parcouru le chemin
On a tenu la distance
Et je te hais de tout mon corps
Mais je t'adore
On a parcouru le chemin
On a souffert en silence
Et je te hais de tout mon corps
Mais je t'adore
Encore

Je vis dans une maison de verre
A moitié rempli de ton eau
Sans s'arrêter le niveau monte

Je suis le fantôme qui s'égare
Je suis l'étranger à ton coeur
Seulement regarde...comme on est seul

i love this song.
i make exceptions for french rock[boy]band.

*sniff*

hmm my nose had been horrible these few days. hope i'm not falling sick. sigh. is it possible that i'm actually feeling stressed? er. maybe. sighhh.
i should stop creeping around in NUS already. bleh.
anyway me had a nice evening today... good end to an otherwise horrible tiring stressful eew day. =] nice dinner and lots of nonsense... jh's world measures 2 inches in diameter. possible implications: 1. jh's brain is actually bigger than the world. 2. jh looks down on everyone in the world. 3. jh keeps the world in his pocket. 4... ok enough. wait sure kena bished. lalala~ well, thanks for a nice evening dear.
i am sleepy. but why do i have so much work? not fair. i want to sleep. cry.

ringwraith wanted: minimum height: ....

ringwraith in ntu on union day [seeing a wraith walking around in broad daylight is quite funny]. but only a low-order one. i suppose the witch-king himself had other more important engagements. ah well...

so i occupied myself by snatching a trooper's gun and shooting him with it. hahaha...

i like ice wine.

juxtapose

a pigeon being torn apart on the road, in a carpark near where i live. a big bloody stain; feathers everywhere. a crow systemetically pecking the feathers away from the lifeless body.. and occasionally dragging it along, leaving a trail of blood and intestines as it went. it paused in its gory pursuit and looked at me for a moment as i neared it. i took a step back. that seemed to provide the safety perimeter it was awaiting, for it returned to the body and continued its pecking. i was fascinated. i suppose there is something poetic about pigeons dying and being torn apart on the clean roads of this city. i have no idea how the pigeon died, and i can't begin to guess either.

signs.

this is going to be one long post. unrelated stuff. needed to counter the image of the dead pigeon with images from the other end of the spectrum. whatever.

i need a DSLR. mweh. sigh. whine. wail. splat.
here are some sexy [in my opinion] photos anyway.. mostly of vegetation. in various forms.

a beautiful tangle of wildflowers

the sexiness! the sexiness! *loves*

various stages in the life of a wildflower... sexiness

daisies!! i love daisies!! but where to find them in singapore?

the grass of kerkrade... [one begins to see a trend in my sexy plant photos...] haha... sexy!

the grass at kerkrade with flute added

blossoms by the sidewalk

another pretty flower from a sidewalk... haha.

french roses. in various stages of bloom. =)

the elegance. sigh.... what do you call this colour? champagne?

another photo i love... a poppy flower floats among leaves and buds. war and peace.

sunbeams anyone? =)

...what can i say? *sigh*

*blink*
it's been a few weeks since i'd returned from europe. hmm about time for a recharge. beautiful things make me happy. ah well.
i'm beginning to think i'm crazy.

no kidding?!

Over-ejaculation melts down the acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions first and then the liver functions that release essential enzymes for the syntheses of the neurotransmitters acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin and the chains of hormone production; it causes the brain and adrenal functions to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. It results in the brain's and nervous dysfunctions, stress, anxiety, impatience, eye floaters or fuzzy vision, buzzing (noisy) ears, cardiovascular irregularities, urinary incontinence.

?!!!!
appalled.

national day

hmm a hot sweltering tropical birthday for Singapore. =)
party food includes ice kacang, iced longans and all yummy icy cool stuff. yay.
last night Sigita [my friend from Lithuania] wished me a happy national day. what a surprise. =)

went back to ny yesterday morning with px to see mrs seah. wheee... she's so skinny! i was wondering why she looked so much smaller than what i remembered. haha.. wonder if it's because i used to see her from a sitting-down point of view. amusement. ah well. guess she got a shock seeing me for the first time in 5 years. [oops] chia sing with long hair and no glasses! haha.. it's been so long... boingboing. anyway, had a nice lunch with mrs seah and px, then went to school for lousy lecture. diao.

now i'm reading a book px lent me. it's called Secrets of the Koran. interesting. perspectives. things i never knew. waaaaaah. well. read read.

will photoblog again soon. sexy flower photos. be warned. =p

jaunty jaunt

sunny sunny today... whee.
dragged myself out of bed to go see NUS rag with jh [think i've never seen it before, haha].. explosions of colour and sound. interesting. met a few people... saw cedric dressed as a crab... haha. amusement. ced's still as mad as ever. hmmm. hope he keeps that up. hahaha.
hmmm went for lunch at some canteen somewhere in engineering territory somewhere in NUS. haha. walked around a bit after that. got lots of sun.. yay. it was super super hot, but decided to go macritchie anyway... sometimes i do mad things. was rather surprised jh agreed to go with me. [he's usually helio-phobic (is there such a word) heh] we followed the trail by the water; boardwalk. heh.. saw some interesting plants and animals. d'oh. haha. ok i'm a bit the incoherent. pardon. ah well... me took some photos along the way, and i have to say i'm quite happy with some of them. bleh. hahaha. remember, it's not the camera, it's the photographer. [uh-oh!]

jx shows off some photos :

here are some artsy shots of jh.. =p i don't usually take pictures of people, but i'm quite happy with the following.. heh. hope jh doesn't hood me.

jh being pensive by the water...

jh deep in thought, or was he just looking at pondskaters? certain signs along the trail say that the water is green because of the stuff that lives in it. the water is actually colourless and clear. haha.

i wonder what he was thinking about. why was he such a cooperative model today? hmmm...

i'm very very happy with this one. *beams in pride* [did you know you have such cute dimples?]

more nice photos! hahaha... me and my ego. bleh!

the poor little fishies who got caught in the weed in the shallow part of the reservoir... so sad. and there were some still alive but stuck in the little pockets of water here and there among the weedies. hmmm...

a whatchamacallit reptile. i wonder if it knew i was taking pictures of it. maybe it likes being in the limelight. didn't even move when someone jogged past. haha.

a sexy photo of a seedling on the forest ground. i like this one too. =]

!!!!! guess what this is? =p

we found a few of these in the forest... could hear explosions every now and then. so exciting... i haven't had any rubber seeds in ages. but! little did we know, as we walked out to lornie road, that....

!!!!!! there was a rubber tree [we couldn't see it because of all the other trees around] dumping its seeds on the pavement! there were frequent ka-booms too. wah. what a surprise. =]

now we have many many seeds! yay! =]

ok ok enough for now. shall stop being crazy for a bit. blearh...
*splat*
